Project Ares

You play the part of an astronaut investigating a local base that has mysteriously gone quiet. It's up to you to uncover the mystery of the base and who, or what, is involved with the station’s mysterious silence.

Project Ares is a first person simulation games that takes place on a sandy alien world. Stranded after a mysterious crash, it is up to you to uncover the fate of those within the base while dodging frequent storms with the strength to sweep you away. Amidst the dunes there are three endings for you to find and uncover. Which one will you uncover?  That's for you to explore...

Instructions

TO OPEN:

1. Download 'ProjectAres(version number here)Ship.zip'

2. Uncompress the downloaded zip file.

3. Open the uncompressed file and navigate to the folder labeled 'Windows'

4. Within this folder you should find the  Unreal Engine 'Project Ares' executable file.

5. Open the executable file. This will open Project Ares in Fullscreen mode.

*If you need to change your graphic settings, look at the controls, or see the credits, you can do so by navigating to the 'Settings' button on the main menu screen. To start the game, click the 'Start' button. This will start the opening cut scene. To exit the game, click the 'EXIT' Button on the main menu OR, if in game, the 'Quit Game' button in the pause menu. Note that the pause menu is disabled during the cut scene, so alt-f4 will do the trick there.
